Stacks service is 5 star all the way. My plumber was Andrew and he was knowledgeable re my 40 year old bathtub faucets. Apparently they do not manufacture my old as dirt faucets anymore. Andrew was able to repair my faucet with his industry knowledge and skill. Stack was on time, did not rush me, the price was reasonable and Andrew answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. I also asked for several quotes on various small plumbing jobs and Stack came back quickly with quote. Very good and helpful plumbing service. Stack is proactive, and their reps went the extra mile to do the work perfectly. I had a new facet and valves put in the kitchen sink, valves replaced in my basement and new valves and sink hardware installed in a utility sink. All A+ work and service.

I have used Stack for several services related to my HVAC system, plumbing issues and installation of a tankless water heater. They are always quick to respond and everyone has been very courteous and professional.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with the plumbing group! Long story short, a different electrician caused voltage to go to ground wires that were wrapped around a cold water pipe in our kitchen. Stack responded within the hour to help stop the leak and then came back first thing Monday morning to drill up our slab and fix the pipe. They were SUPER tidy and respectful, flexible working with the other company and State Farm and did an awesome job. Made a lifetime customer out of me!

My water heater went out this past weekend…I was in need of service ASAP! I called Saturday night and this morning Christian called me at 7:30 to let me know he was on his way…he arrived before 8…we realized I needed a new water heater and he passed on the info to the the plumbing manager…who in turn responded quickly with a time of noon. Stack just completed replacing my home boiler which was 24 years old. Doing the installation in May will prevent any catastrophic outage during heating season. The newly installed system looks so much neater than our old one – Kevin and Emiliano took care to make the drainage pipes take up less space than the poorly-installed builder-grade pipes that were here. Kevin and Emiliano also replaced my back up sump pump and battery system quickly. I highly recommend – 10 out of 10.
